Support policy

We support the current and previous major versions of PayPress on supported WordPress releases. Support covers plugin configuration, payment flows, and diagnosing webhook or sync issues.

  • Email support for all customers; priority queue for Pro
  • Stripe account, billing, and payout questions go to Stripe
  • Custom development and theme conflicts handled case by case

Refund policy

If PayPress Pro isn't the right fit, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll process it — no hard feelings.
