Refund Overview

PayPress can let administrators issue Stripe refunds from the Order Details page. Stripe remains the source of truth for refund processing and final refund status.

Enable Refund Button

The Refund Payment button is optional. It is disabled by default so merchants can choose whether refunds should be issued from WordPress.

Refund Subscription Invoice Payments

PayPress can refund eligible subscription invoice payments using the same Refund Payment action used for one-time orders.

Partial Refunds Roadmap

Partial refunds are planned for a future PayPress release. They are not currently implemented as a merchant-entered refund amount feature.
