Orders Overview
Orders are the local PayPress records that help you review payment activity inside WordPress. They can represent one-time payments, subscription invoice payments, donations, fundraising donations, refunds, and related customer information.
Orders Table
The Orders table is designed for quick scanning. It shows the most important order information and keeps detailed Stripe references on the Order Details page.
Order Details
Order Details is the full merchant-facing view for a single order. It contains the information that is too detailed for the Orders table.
Order Statuses
Order statuses help you understand the current payment state PayPress has received from Stripe. Statuses may come from checkout, invoice, payment intent, charge, or refund events.
Customer Information
PayPress displays customer information from Stripe and WordPress when available. This helps you identify who placed an order.
Shipping Address Display
When shipping address collection is enabled for a plan, PayPress stores and displays the shipping details collected by Stripe Checkout.
Form Responses
Form Responses show the answers a customer submitted through a PayPress Payment Form before checkout.
Stripe References
Stripe references are IDs that connect a PayPress order to the matching Stripe objects. They are useful for support, accounting, refunds, and troubleshooting.
Export Orders
Order exports let you download PayPress order data for reporting, bookkeeping, review, or customer service workflows.
