Overview
PayPress Analytics gives merchants a simple view of Stripe account activity from WordPress.
Requirements
- Stripe connected.
- Stripe account activity.
- Administrator access to Analytics.
Steps
- Open PayPress Analytics.
- Choose a time range.
- Review revenue, refunds, net volume, failed attempts, and subscription health.
- Use Refresh from Stripe if you need fresh data.
Expected Result
Analytics displays Stripe account metrics grouped by time range and currency.
Important Notes
Analytics is Stripe Account Analytics. It is not installation-specific reporting. If multiple sites share one Stripe account, analytics reflects the Stripe account activity.
Troubleshooting
If values differ from Stripe Dashboard, compare metric definitions and time ranges. If data does not refresh, check Stripe keys and cached fallback behavior.
