Overview

The Orders table is designed for quick scanning. It shows the most important order information and keeps detailed Stripe references on the Order Details page.

Requirements

  • PayPress Orders access.
  • At least one order for review.

Steps

  1. Open PayPress Orders.
  2. Review the columns: Order, Customer, Plan, Type, Amount, Status, Created, and Actions.
  3. Use the Customer column to identify the buyer.
  4. Use Actions to open details, Stripe, invoice, or receipt links when available.
  5. Open Order Details for complete technical information.

Expected Result

You can quickly scan customer, plan, amount, status, date, and available actions without clutter from long Stripe IDs.

Important Notes

The table intentionally does not show every Stripe reference. Customer ID, Payment Intent ID, Charge ID, Invoice ID, Subscription ID, and Checkout Session ID belong on Order Details.

Troubleshooting

If an invoice or receipt action is missing, the link may not be available yet. If customer information is incomplete, Stripe may not have provided the full details or the customer checked out as a guest.
