Checkbox Text lets you separate the admin label from the customer-facing checkbox statement.

Requirements

  • Checkbox field in a Payment Form.

Steps

  1. Add or edit a checkbox field.
  2. Enter the field label.
  3. Enter Checkbox Text.
  4. Mark it required if needed.
  5. Save and preview.

Expected Result

The form shows the label and a checkbox with the customer-facing text, such as “I agree to the Terms of Service.”

Important Notes

Checkbox Text improves clarity for agreement-style fields. Existing checkbox fields remain backward compatible.

Troubleshooting

If the checkbox text is blank, review the field settings. If the checkbox must be accepted, mark the field required.
